Born on December 22, 1996, Kelsey was bred by John McGaw and Timm Burrows. His sire was Irish Rose Sarsfield Starman (Victor) and dam was Irish Rose Red Passion (Katie).
Kelsey became a Champion on July 26, 1998 at the Southern Maryland
